MSU HIGH PERFORMANCE COMPUTING COLLABORATORY FULL
I’m a Senior Member of the IEEE and the IEEE Computer Society and a Senior Member of the Association of Computing Machinery. The High Performance Computing Collaboratory ( HPC²) at Mississippi State University, an evolution of the MSU/ National Science Foundation Engineering Research Center for Computational Field Simulation, is a coalition of member centers and institutes that share a common core objective of advancing the state-of-the-art in computational science and engineering using high performance computing a common approach to research that embraces a multi-disciplinary, team-oriented concept and a commitment to a full partnership between education, research, and service. High Performance Computing Collaboratory (HPC) Starkville, United States. My research interests include high-performance, scalable communication interfaces and protocols for system area networks, operating systems for massively parallel processing machines, and parallel program performance analysis libraries and tools.

I’ve designed and developed high-performance implementations of the Message Passing Interface (MPI) standard on several platforms, including the Cray T3D and T3E, the Intel Paragon and TeraFLOPS (ASCI/Red), Sandia’s Computational Plant Linux clusters, and the Cray Red Storm (XT3). Geosystems Research Institute, High Performance Computing Collaboratory, and Raspet Flight Research Laboratory.
MSU HIGH PERFORMANCE COMPUTING COLLABORATORY SOFTWARE
While at Sandia, I’ve worked on several research and development projects associated with system software and high-performance networking for large-scale, massively parallel, distributed-memory, scientific computing systems. ICER supports multidisciplinary research in all facets of computational sciences, and continually works to enhance MSUs national and international presence. The Advancing Agricultural Research through High-Performance Computing project is a collaborative agreement between Mississippi State University and the USDA. I joined Sandia National Laboratories in 1995 after serving as a graduate research assistant in the system software thrust at the MSU/NSF Engineering Research Center for Computational Field Simulation (now known as the High Performance Computing Collaboratory). I received my BS in mathematics in 1991 and my MS in computer science in 1994 from I received my BS in mathematics in 1991 and my MS in computer science in 1994 from Mississippi State University.

Track Chair for Architecture and Networks, 2023 International Conference on High Performance Computing in Asia-Pacific Region (HPC Asia) The High Performance Computing Collaboratory (HPC) at Mississippi State University (MSU) is a coalition of member institutes and centers that share the common objective of using HPC to advance excellence in computational science and engineering.

The primary focus of the CCI is to research, prototype and deliver cutting-edge cyber solutions that support global national security. MSU's High Performance Computing Collaboratory has installed a 2,048 processor computing cluster, named 'Raptor,' which is more than four times faster than the most powerful system currently housed at the site, an IBM model called 'Maverick. CCI develops solutions for Defense, Homeland Security and the Intelligence Community.
